A leadership gathering shaped by Iceland.

WHAT

Iceland Impact Summit is an invitational leadership gathering for individuals of influence -  founders, executives, investors, policymakers, and cultural leaders - who can actively shape systems and futures.

Set in Iceland’s elemental landscapes, this summit is built on a simple belief:
Leadership capable of shaping the future must be grounded in physical reality, collective responsibility, and long-term thinking. Together.

This is not a conference, a brand activation, or a wellness retreat. It is an immersive experience where nature, effort, and dialogue form the foundation for trust and impact.

WHY ICELAND

The world needs a different type of leadership. Iceland is globally recognized as one of the strongest female leadership nations in the world. Women lead here not as an exception, but as a norm - across politics, business, culture, and society.

The defining moment from the day the women walked out in 1975 still rings internationally - and still today's leaders need to be reminded how collective power can force the system to respond.

This camp aims to reinforce this power, as a positive tipping point:
A moment where collective action changes what is considered possible - and irreversible. And our High Camp is rooted in this legacy.

WHY NOW

Today, we face ecological, social, and economic challenges that require new leadership models - ones that move beyond extraction, short-termism, and abstraction.

We gather to:

  • Reconnect leadership to lived, physical experience

  • Strengthen leaders through challenge, not comfort

  • Focus collective intelligence on positive tipping points - actions, collaborations, and decisions that can shift systems toward regeneration

Like 1975, the goal is not symbolic participation, but real leverage.

WHAT

Over five days, participants move together through Icelandic terrain, mountains, unspoiled vast landscape, Icelandic geysers and highlands, guided by certified local experts. We will stay at different lodges  - everything from refugee mountain huts to full board centres, so the level of comfort will vary, but that will only help us in our development journey.

Daytime:
Physically demanding outdoor journeys adapted to seasonal conditions. Groups are formed by experience level; the intention is effort, presence, and mutual reliance - not performance.

Late afternoons & evenings:
Structured dialogue and reflection focused on:

  • Leadership under uncertainty

  • Power, responsibility, and long-term impact

  • Real challenges participants are carrying in their work and lives

Each participant contributes:

  • One thought through insight to advance collective thinking

  • One concrete leadership challenge for the group to engage with

The work is practical, confidential, and grounded.
