𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 "𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 - 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀" - 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁...:
After having had the utter privilege of arranging leadership gatherings and facilitating think thanks - several with Alexander Crawford - we decided to try to drot down the recipe, or at least our methodological findings so far - now published on illuminem.
Not just because it tells a fascinating story about how our connection with nature is strengthening us, and how true leaders can use that connection to stand tall in the transition... But also to hopefully see many more meaningful meetings find place in the very place that will have to withstand the effects of many of our most important decisions. Here we see the impact of our actions, so much better than in an airconditioned boardroom.

As we write, “place is a co-facilitator, not a backdrop.” because embodied, place-based dialogue can shift not just what we think and plan, but how we think. In a time of rapid planetary shifts, extreme environmental challenges, and increasing polarisation, how leaders meet matters more than ever. What if the most powerful conversations about planetary futures didn’t happen in boardrooms, but in deep snow and the crisp mountain air?
