Join us in Lofoten to explore what you are when your body is challenged, your mind is quiet, and the horizon is wide open.
WHAT
Impact High Camp is a four-day leadership experience set deep in the Lofoten archipelago, where ski touring through arctic wilderness becomes the classroom for the kind of leadership our world urgently needs. Through movement, silence, and honest conversation with a handpicked group of peers, you'll sharpen your resilience, reconnect with your purpose, and return with clarity that sticks.
This isn't a retreat. It's a reckoning - with the mountains, with your leadership, and with what impact really means.
WHY
Impact High Camp brings together a carefully curated group of business leaders and impact investors for four days of ski touring, deep conversation, and leadership development in the extraordinary winter landscape of Lofoten, Norway.
This is where honest and naked insight is found. Where the questions you haven't had time to ask finally get space to breathe. Where knowledge and experience is shared generously, and the track is encouraging feedback we can grow from. And where the leaders you tour with become the peers you lean on long after the snow melts.
Built on a foundation of resilience research, regenerative business thinking, and the hard-won wisdom of the Arctic north — Impact High Camp is leadership training for those who know that real change starts from within.

In order to keep the High Camp enjoyable and safe for all, we expect that the participants have basic touring experience and skiing or splitboarding abilities so that you can manage different types of snow conditions in off-piste terrain. The physical condition of participants should be at a level where one can comfortably run for 5 km without stopping. But since we will have two guides we can split into two separate groupes and adapt the difficulty and length of the ski tours.
